
Following university I was offered work placements with delicious and Food and Travel Magazine.
During my time at Food and Travel I assisted a team of writers and had the opportunity to get my work published in the April 2008 edition.
I have since worked as a cookery assistant and am currently writing full-time for Quintessentially Gourmand and Efoodies in addition to other freelance projects.
