I’m teaching myself at the moment but am also looking into courses starting in September 2009 as I feel cake decoration can be pretty technical at times!
Modelling paste and figurines.
I have done three characters from modelling paste so far. A bunny rabbit for a carrot cake, a baby for a Baby Shower theme and a friend for her surprise graduation cake.
It’s time consuming work but really satisfying!
